One of our prestigious clients, a leading company in the International Healthcare sector, is looking for an experienced HR & Administration Executive to join their Colombo office immediately.

• Training & Development: Training hours per employee, productivity improvement after training.
• Compliance: Adherence to HR policies, non-compliance reports across locations.

• Connect with employees, demonstrating commitment and support throughout the employee life cycle.
• Apply local specifics to global HR policies and ensure clear communication across the region.
• Ensure policies comply with local labor laws and corporate direction.
• Implement and control HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Drive culture-building activities and recommend local/global initiatives.
• Act as an ambassador for organizational values, ensuring effective internal communication.
• Support business strategy cascade across employee levels.
• Collaborate with Recruitment team to ensure right talent acquisition within budget.
• Oversee performance management process and deliver induction/training programs.
• Identify ongoing people development needs and recommend interventions.
• Implement employee engagement activities within budget guidelines.
• Advise, coach, and guide managers on people management responsibilities.
• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, payroll, visas, files, separations).
• Publish and analyze HR dashboards (headcount, leave, exits) and recommend actions.
• Manage employee relations and act as SPOC for benefits and insurance queries.
• Support training delivery, monitor training data, and provide feedback.
• Organize staff events such as annual parties and team-building programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline (CIPD preferred).
• 5–7 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of local labor law and HR regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Experience in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility in working hours and travel.
• Good listening skills, problem-solving, and pragmatic decision-making.
